She always takes me seriously, listens to what I have to say, offers multiple thoughts and ideas for what could be going on, and she remembers all the little details. She is very consistent with her care and very knowledgeable. As for receptionists and the lobby, I’ve never had to wait very long and they’re usually polite and quick to get me in!
