The UPS Store

Extremely Nice, patient and very friendly Personnel. People should understand this store is just a place to pick up or drop off your packages and what UPS does to your packages, weather good or bad, is not this store's fault. I was expecting a package that was supposed to be dropped off to this location, but it was delayed. I called this location couple of times and my package was not delivered in time (again, not this store's fault). As soon as my package got delivered to the store, the manager called me to let me know that my package was arrived. He didn't have to do this, but he did. He showed lots of respect and care to what was important for me as his client. I will definitely go back to this location for my future businesses.
