Mark's Auto Air

My car broke down going home from the market on a Saturday around noon. The first number that came on my phone google-ing „emergency auto repair” was Marks. I did not even check out the location or his website, I just called. He was very empathetic and after I explained what happened, he ordered a tow truck to my location which came in 15 minutes and repaired my car in his shop the same day. I was even able to use one his spare cars to get home with my groceries.

Mark is very understanding, knowledgeable and took care of my car as his own. I could not thank him enough. Highly recommend.

I met Mark today to discuss some repairs to my cousin's car. Mark was very patient and explained all of the work that had to be done very thoroughly. Prices quoted were competitive and I look forward to doing more work with Mark in the future!

Mark and his team have worked on both of our cars numerous times. He has provided fabulous service and has taken the time to show us and explain to us exactly what is wrong. He has been more than accommodating, providing us with an overnight loaner so we can get to and from work uninterrupted. Outstanding service and outstanding professionalism.

Mark is a great mechanic. He walked me through everything he was doing, basically gave me a much needed lesson on my car, and fixed everything that was unsafe within a few hours. Very honest guy, really appreciated the effort he put into keeping me updated.

Some reviews are saying the price is high. I'm not an expert by any means, so I can't comment on that, but I'm willing to pay more for the quality of service I was given. I will be bringing my car back in the future.
