Out of the 3 mold remediation companies I contacted, only Sidnei actually showed up for the initial appointment. He took samples for asbestos, gave me a quote once that was completed, and finished the job in 1 day. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves as well, leaving my house how they found it. Very pleasant experience and very happy with the end result.

We had the unfortunate situation where a leak in our condo led to the formation of mould. We were not involved with hiring All Clear (that was the property manager), but we were extremely pleased with the overall experience. Sidnei, and his team, expedited the work in a timely manner, and were prompt. Sidnei did a great job of keeping us appraised as to his findings, both sending photos and describing the progress over the phone. Most impressively, when the job was complete, our home was cleaner than when we left it. Short of the gaping holes in the drywall, you would never have known that anyone was even there. Finally, Sidnei arranged for the clearance mould test the day that we has finished, allowing us access to the unit sooner than we expected. I would definitely recommend All Clear to anyone in the position of needing mould remediation.
