  My husband, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's in the spring of 2016, has been going to Syd Fit over a year now. He and his trainer, Jynelle, have managed to curtail the illness with exercises and boxing!! We had a special visit today w family to watch. Great place for any ages!

  I have been going to sydfit for more than month now. The coaches are very friendly, knowledgeable and help you to achieve your goals. I never thought boxing would be so much fun. Syd always gave me feedback and helped me to get ready for sparring. The workout sessions really make you sweat. Best boxing gym in the area.

  Simply put SydFIT is one of a kind! The positive and inclusive environment that the trainers have created here is incredible. I find myself smiling throughout my entire work out! It has truly been amazing being a new member of the SydFIT family and I could not recommend this place enough.
