Ark of Bark

This is a great local pet shop. They have all of the items you’d need for your cat or dog and are willing to order in anything that they don’t have. The owner is passionate about animals and provides excellent customer service. I hope that residents in the neighbourhood will support this great small business!

CALLING ALL PET OWNERS! I stopped into Ark Of Bark because my dog is finishing up a food trial for some skin issues and we will be moving back to regular food. I buy from big chains usually but I really want to support more local. Moira was extremely knowledgeable and attentive as we talked about my dog’s ongoing health issues and possible foods and supplements to try when my vet gives the go ahead. I am extremely particular when it comes to my dog and I’ve done a lot of research. Moira took the words right out of my mouth with her suggestions and reinforced my gut feelings on ways to proceed. She has a rescue senior my dogs age too! The selection is huge, the prices are reasonable, she gave me some samples and answered all my questions. I’m so impressed with this store and will be a regular going forward! I feel completely confident buying from this store. They carry quality lines/brands! Don’t walk, run to this shop!!!!!!!

Moira is an incredible human being! She truly knows her products and cares about her customers well being. It's nice to have a 'small town feel' in the big city. Great selection and amazing service.

After talking to the owner Moira and hearing about how she started right before the pandemic hit; I felt it was especially important to write a review! I have been shopping here on and off (lock-down permitting) for the past year and I can truthfully say they have the best customer service and amazing products!
