I can't say enough positive things about my experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. I took advantage of the 2 Pair deal and with my insurance deduction (which they were able to submit on the spot....awesome!) each pair worked out to about $130 ea. I now have a pair of prescription sunglasses (finally) and another pair of distance glasses. I will definitely be back when I am due for new glasses again.

Fantastic! Super helpful finding frames that I'd like. That's saying a lot since usually I get annoyed at people trying to help. They were just really friendly and knowledgeable the whole time. :)

I want to start off by THANKING Tanima and Irene for being AWESOME!!! One of the best customer service duo ever!!! My husband and I have been in MANY times looking for the right pair of glasses to buy and not ONCE did we feel pressured to buy one type over another. A lot of great choices and the store was always super clean and welcoming when we went in! Normally people think it’s the name of a company that makes a company great but it’s not, it’s AWESOME people that make a company great! Thank you Tanima and Irene!!! (And Hakim) :)

The easiest 5 stars I have ever given. Hands down this business made for a great shopping experience! Great prices, upfront and honest staff, and a great selection. Min was so helpful and patient in explaining different aspects of the glasses I was trying to decide between, and offered wonderful opinions and perspectives when I asked. He is very knowledgable and has years of experience. All of the staff I interacted with were very professional, but since I dealt with Min the most, I am biasing my review towards my experience with him. I will be recommending this location to others!

The staff at Hakim Optical Sunrise Centre are the BEST! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful! On my most recent visit, Irene watched me try on 50+ pair until I found two that I loved. She did a good job of appearing interested the entire time too. ;)

They always do their best to go above and beyond, and I highly recommend their services! In addition to all of this, they have the COOLEST selection of funky frames in town; prior to finding this location, I'd been to many other shops, but after receiving fantastic service from Min, and his team, I will not go anywhere else.
