We are so happy we got the opportunity to work with Tara while purchasing our first home. She is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer the 101 questions we had along the way. Once securing us a rate hold, she was diligent and proactive in ensuring we took advantage of any further rate drops. She also used her network to help set us up with other brokers (e.g. home, life insurance) and offered to put us in contact with lawyers she trusted. When everyone involved financially benefits from a sale (except the buyer) it was extremely helpful having someone we knew and could trust to guide us through the financing. She was honest, realistic, and got her parts done right away while we waited on everyone else.
