Customer service is surprisingly warm! Had to wait 2 hours longer than what they told me it would take, but I don't mind.
I needed front passenger door window. Easy process, u call them ask about the part, they take 1 hour to check and then will call u back and then another hour and they will call u come and collect ( in my case, they didn't call to pick up but I followed up repeatedly and they took it for me, may be they were having a busy day).

First time I even stepped foot in this business, I was showered with warm welcomes and immediately was helped. The customer service was unlike any other I've encountered. Pleases the soul, and the wallet given that their prices are the best in the area. 10/10 will be coming back as well as recommending to friends and family. Thank you guys!

Great price on the cruise control switch I needed (5x less than another wrecker in town). Only hitch was I was waiting around at home waiting for a call that he part was off and ready. I had to call in the next day and it was ready. Not a big deal but if you say you’ll call, please call. Will definitely go back.

Excellent customer service. Needed a part called a few auto part stores and they were the cheapest by a fair margin. I don't mind companies making a profit but the highest quoted price was 50 more then what Earl charged! Delivery was quick and the part was on excellent condition. Was recommended an body shop to help with the install of the part. Very happy and will use Earl's again if needed. Highly recommended!
