  The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all the questions I have to ensure I got the treatment that will help me reach my desired goals. They made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door, and I definitely plan on returning!

  Jen the nurse at KW location is talented. She takes her time. Also I've never felt pressure to buy. I trust them. I highly recommend. I've reviewed last year and it was a 5 star. That's why I go back location clean. Very nice people too. I love nicolletas shoes too.

  Very very pleased with everything. Upon arrival, the receptionist (I had Deanna) was so incredibly friendly and welcoming! Offered tea or coffee, checked on me while in the waiting area. The wait was slightly longer than expected, so I was given a free skin care product to compromise - clearly they care about your happiness and comfort! I was ensured that my safety was top priority, which was nice to hear after being nervous about hair removal. Overall lovely experience, very professional and delightful service.
