End Of The Roll - Kitchener

We are in month 10 of totally renovating a 7,000 sq ft home so I am experienced in dealing with all trades and suppliers.Even though they are well out of town for me, I chose End of the Roll because they carried a product I could not source elsewhere. I could not be happier with the product and the total service experience. Jenn and Kim are professionals and every detail was meticulously looked after, from measures to delivery to installation. They were totally accommodating to all the delays and issues that arose ( if anyone reading this is renovating, you know the 'issues' are limitless)
I will recommend them in a heartbeat.

Alex was a great help. He helped to find colour, best price etc... very genuine person.

Decent selection of products.... Good selection of carpets if that is what you are looking for... . Prices are okay....a small selection of other flooring options...

Terrific customer service! Price matched a particular carpet we liked from another store no questions asked and were very responsive to any questions we had after we booked. Installers were professional, on time and did a great job! We had obtained 5 different quotes and not only did End of the Roll (Kitchener) have the best price (all in), they also had the best customer service and were very accomodating. Highly recommend!
