We've been living here for a few months now and so far everything's great! The two bedroom layout is very spacious with lots of closet space and large windows. It's very quiet due to the concrete construction. The Super is great and responsive to our needs. We definitely recommend living here! #MyCenturionHome

My mom lives in the Centurion building at Hoffman Street in Kitchener. It is the most well kept, up-to-date building I've ever seen! The grounds are always so nice (cut grass, no garbage, etc)! The superintendent is so friendly and she always has the most beautiful flower arrangements in front of both of the apartment buildings, she is truly on top of everything when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance throughout the building! The apartments are beautifully renovated and very spacious! What a great place to live!!

I have lived within Centurion Properties for over 9 years.
Things have changed a lot since I first moved here..
My building is fully upgraded, inside and out. Centurion has taken great pride in this property. Its honestly a very nice clean and reasonable place to live. Neighbours are very friendly and considerate.

The building is very clean, laundry is spotless. It is quiet and we'll managed. The superintendant is very nice and always helpful. Would highly recommend.
