Vincent is absolutely amazing! After emailing the company about my apartment’s chiller, I received a call from Vincent within 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. He went above and beyond to locate the source of the issue. My building management did not want to give me access to the building’s central unit. Vincent was patient and very understanding of my situation. He tried calling my management for me and tried to see if we could get access without them. He eventually diagnosed and fixed the issue without needing the building’s central unit.

Even after I paid him and he left, he was still very responsive and helped me find air filters for my unit (my unit required a strange dimension that can’t be found without special orders). He is passionate about what he does and was more excited than me when we found a solution.

Fantastic Service! Was here within 30 to 45 mins. Accessed the unit, showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me options for repair or new unit. Went with new unit and they had a cancelation so they changed it out same day. Couldn't ask for anything better! Highly recommend, very friendly, very professional and gave lots of advice for keeping things running smoothly and long-term. Thanks!

Our old thermostat had reached the end of its useful life, so we called Advance Heating & Cooling, and the technician arrived the same day to install a very modern Ecobee Wifi thermostat. It was super fast, clean, and professional.It's time to say goodbye to the old and hello to the new!
