On this last trip I was dissatisfied with my bill so I sent an email with my complaint and within ten minutes had a response back from the President, Craig. The next morning I received an email from the Parts and Service Manager, Alex. I responded and set up a time to chat over the phone. Alex called me on time and said that he was disappointed that I wasn't happy with my experience. He was very pleasant on the phone and made arrangements for me to come back in. Alex explained that this is a family owned business and customer satisfaction is important to them. I appreciated that I was listened to and felt that my return business was valued.
