JUMP + Kitchener is fabulous! This is the place to come to if you have any problems with your I phone. I went for the first time today because my phone was frozen and I'd tried everything. I was greeted by interested and attentive staff who quickly assessed the situation, presented my options and then immediately set out to bring my phone back to life and in record time. I am more than grateful to Ian, Tristan and Wareeka for your efficiency, your professionalism and most of all your kindness in what was a challenging situation for me. Thank you so much.

I brought my MacBook in after having spilled water on it right before my final exams were about to start. The technicians and front of house staff were all super helpful and transparent about the whole process. I really appreciate them dealing with it so quickly as time was a constraint for me!

I was having key board problems with my Macbook Pro so I came in to get it checked out. I called ahead of time and spoke to Natasha who was very helpful, and booked me in the same day (fantastic) as I am a student and need my laptop most days. When I arrived I was helped professionally, and quickly. Vergil looked over my computer and was extremely helpful in getting me the best fix rate possible. Overall I would 100% go back to this location and would recommend my friends to go as well. Very friendly and helpful!
