Massive store. Much bigger on the inside. They had art supplies ive never heard of. Selection is as big as it gets. Friendly staff, the place is a comfortable tempurature as well. Prices are alright too, you get what you pay for

I found nore advise from customer than the staff but that is also the nature of this market. Staff is knowledgeable but customers know much more in detail.

Love this store and I get SO much crafting stuff here. Paper, beads, flowers, wool, paint, drawing supplies, etc.

However, I never buy anything unless it's on sale or if I have a coupon. As long as they keep the great sales and coupons I'll keep on coming because I craft a lot.

Everybody is always helpful and friendly. I always end up with the same cashier (I think her name is Joanne) and she's the nicest most pleasant customer service gal! Makes it a pleasure to have a happy upbeat person end your transaction.

Store is always clean and tidy, and team members are always very helpful, and polite. There is always good selection, and is well stocked. When they are out of stock of an item, they are willing to call other locations or are able to tell you if they have it on order. They go above and beyond whenever possible.
Also a fantastic place to go for custom framing. Archival quality materials and knowledgable team members are big perks.

Plus it's one of the only stores that always has a coupon!
