Worst Service.
The thermostat in the entire house is not working. This is the fourth time we are complaining about the same thing and it happens every other day. There is something or other thing wrong every other day. Along with this, there is no hot water in the shower. GREAT!!!!! This is the service and care accomod8u provides.
Not even a single window in this house is secure; a cold wind is flowing throughout the house. The thermostat must always stay on, making our utility bill way too much than expected.

The staff is very hospitable and helpful. I was looking for one bedroom/bechelor, Chloe she provided very detailed info and took me for the tours. I was very satisfied with her service. Recommended!

Thanks to Chloe Yang who works there，I found a wonderful 2 bdrm apt with my friend for this autumn. She were really patient to help us find the most comfortable apt and to answer our questions and concerns.

I was looking for 2 bdrm and 2 bathroom apt for this autumn. Gals who work there were really hospitable and patient to answer my questions and concerns. I did go through the Google reviews before my visit, but nothing unprofessional, everyone was trying to help, I have already referred to my friends. The staff made me very comfortable while signing the lease, they even showed it to me and it was in great shape, I am very excited to move in!
