My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew beginning in 2018, when he worked together with us on our first house purchase.

Months leading up to our house-hunting, we spent time realtor-hunting, and met a wide variety of individuals who exhibited varying degrees of professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and market-savvy tenacity. When it came time for my wife and I to decide which realtor to follow-up with, Andrew was the sole realtor we'd met whom we felt carried a high level of all of these traits.

Andrew booked regular house-tours for us, and over the next few months led us through numerous walk-throughs, and explained quite plainly why we might want to offer vs walk when my wife and I would notice an undesirable trait about a house we were viewing.

When it came time for us to finally settle on a house we wanted to make a home, Andrew was there to pivot and react with grace under pressure when inevitable turbulence would materialize. In the end, we were able to close on a house with which my wife and I were marvellously happy, and we continue to call Andrew a friend who helped us take the first steps in building a strong foundation for our family.
