I went in to change my data plan as my previous plan was not cost effective. Nicole helped me move to a much better plan for a lower price!

I went in Friday March 26, 2021. My pixel 2 was giving me all kinds of problems and i was looking for a solution. Nicole was the one to help me out and she not only diagnosed the problem but was helpful with tips on how to extend the life of my already failing phone much further then i would have thought it could last.

When i asked her about other phones that might be a suitable replacement she was very open and honest about options she thought might work best for me. She was super knowledgeable about her products and gave great services.

The staff are helpful and straightforward but seemed very short tempered and overworked. The store is really small and really busy. They dont have much stock and everything is on back order.

Went today to get a new phone from Rodgers but stopped by best buy because they had worki g models out with all the right covid controls.

Nicole did a great job with the new phone and setting us up with a new carrier..
