Boston Pizza

Came in on Good Friday after my workout, (I was starving!), and couldn't decide between two dishes. Angela McColl gave me the juicy details about the Salmon dish I was considering, making me drool for the Avocado thing that it comes with, I ordered this meal with veggies and salad. My meal was prepped and packed within a reasonable time. When I got home, I knew the meal I was looking at was not going to be enough to satisfy my hunger but I just couldn't figure out what was missing. And then it hit me, where is that avocado thing!? I called into the restaurant right away, 3/4ths of the Salmon steak already eaten...not the wisest choice on my part to order a decadent meal after a workout when I would eat it like a street dog finding leftovers in the dumpster, but it was Good Friday and I was spending it alone so I wanted to enjoy a fabulous meal. Angela got on the phone and we laughed about the irony of her selling me on the avocado side that comes with the dish and it not being there. She said she would have typically remade the whole meal, all parts included, and delivered it to my home - (that is above and beyond my expectations of excellent customer service, so awesome) - but they were swamped hosting a party. I would have returned but I was wiped out from my workout and had my friends dogs to take care of. She offered me a reimbursement of my meal in a Boston Pizza gift certificate and the option to mail to my home or pick up. Thank-you for taking care of a would-be kind of disappointing situation and turning it around by showing your level of commitment to providing the best service and customer experience at your restaurant.

We came in with 11 people including 4 kids and 5 seniors ranging in age from 2 years to 88 years young! The staff were so patient with us and our food was fantastic. Thanks for making it such a fun dinner out with the whole family!

It was great. The servers were super nice patient. The food is absolutely delicious as well. Would definitely recommend.
