The staff were all really kind and made an effort to talk and get to know me, and Kevin did an amazing job at achieving the updo I wanted for prom! He was very attentive and made sure each detail was exactly the way I wanted.

Sonia listens to my concerns and suggestions, but is skilled enough to make recommendations regarding colour and cut that keep me on-trend. Nice little salon tucked out of the way of mainstream Waterloo however that does not mean second rate service. Staff is quite experienced and the salon has a nice atmosphere. Would recommend this salon to anyone.
