Our family have been patients at this clinic for many years, since moving to town in the late '80's. I wanted to post a review about my experience today, during these unusual and evolving times. I had ordered new frames and lenses just prior to the shutdown and want to thank Kayla for unearthing the last pair of a much loved (now discontinued) style of frame, Fred for his perseverance during the lockdown and Mike, who adjusted my glasses to be absolutely perfect. Well done and much appreciated.

There are a lot of things that make Insight a great business (huge selection, central location, free parking, fancy office, one stop shop for everything vision related, etc) but, the one thing that really sets them above is their customer service. It's very evident that delivering an A+ customer experience is at the core of their mission. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. Their customer records are detailed and make working with them quick and easy. They proactively reach out to me to refill my contacts when I'm getting low (and do it when they have . sale). The optometrist is fantastic with my kids. This is the type of operation that all businesses aspire to be but few actually achieve.
