I have had an excellent four years living in the triplex. Very well kept and clean. Great walking distance to WLU and easy to get to anywhere by the bus with the stop just down the road.

It is great living at King Street Properties. People and staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is always clean and well maintained.Loved living here during the school term. Fully furnished and management for Student Accommodation has always on top of things and constantly improving the quality of their buildings.

Very basic student accommodation but cheap for us.Stayed for one night, great location only 5 minutes walk to Euston Station with all transport links. Very quiet location. Rooms are very basic.

They arranged a nice one bedroom flat for my brother who went to study in university of Waterloo. I got to know about them from daily newspaper and they showed me with five different flats to choose from around 1 km radius from the university. I selected the one with open roof. They are a long time student accommodation center of Waterloo.
