I will preface this review with, this place has a lot of potential. I actually almost never review small businesses with less than 5 stars. I will be interested to come back and see if the feedback provided here is something that is taken into consideration as I see the owner is active on the reviews. If you take anything from this review, come give it a shot, and if you are picky about pizza (like I am, especially if something is "neapolitan" style), maybe let them know your preference and I am sure they would be more than happy to accommodate your preferences.

I ordered 3 pizzas tonight, and as a whole, I would not consider it a negative experience, nor a positive experience. All 3 of us felt a bit disappointed about the product we received as we knew the potential for a 5 star review was completely alive with this style of pizza. All three pizzas that we got were what I would consider as being undercooked (and looking at the pictures from other reviews, we might have gotten unlucky on this instance). The toppings were great, the sauce was great. The dough was simply undercooked and had your classic "gum" texture that is traditional of a pizza that just wasn't quite cooked enough. I did show up ahead of schedule (I was told 35 minutes, I was there in about 25), but I would have happily waited if the food required a bit more cook time. We ended up throwing in a pizza stone into a 550 degree oven and trying to remedy this issue and although definitely not the same if it came out of Pablo's oven, it helped a lot. I was not turned off by the fact that the crust was whole wheat like some reviews seem to be, I think they nailed it and managed to simultaneously take that little bit of "guilt" out of eating pizza.

My direct feedback for the owner would be to ensure you have consistent practices with the cook time for your pizzas (and if you do, maybe ensure they are adhered too, or allow for training so if the ovens aren't running as hot the employees running the ovens can recognize this and adjust as necessary).

I am eager to come back and hope to get a pizza that lives up to the expectation that I know Pablo's can live up to. I will update this review based on my next experience, but I echo, come try it for yourself, and if you have preference let it be known when you order your pizza!

Well, after reading a lot of the reviews I thought I'd give Pablo's a shot. The reviews are spot on. A little bit of this, a little bit of that, criticism as well as kudos. I had the pepperoni, maple ham with mushrooms. I now remember what great pepperoni used to taste like. Personally I would prefer a little less 'ringy 'round the rosie' crust. My number one 'could do without' is the whole wheat dough. There's just something inside of me that questioned why I had to eat healthy while eating my pizza. I already have a pretty good idea what my next choice will be however this time I'll have my favourite bottle of red wine beside me. I wouldn't dare ruin the pizza by having a cola to go with it.

Really great pizza and really great people. They definitely make me feel cared for as a customer. First time having a Hawaiian in a more traditional style. I liked it, they may have converted me. I've even tried thier pizza without cheese, and that's hard to pull off. :)

Not too shabby! Being able to order online and have a scheduled pickup was very convenient. The crust is above average - authentic, good bite, and not heavy at all. Like other reviews, something seemed off about the cheese though. It seemed to melt too much, and almost become a cheese whiz consistency. Hopefully they’ll figure that aspect out. Other than that, we were quite happy to support the new joint around the corner! Will try again this summer in hopes that they change up their cheese.
