Pete and Marsha Rock. They are will to spend the extra time with clients to get mortgages approved - especially with clients and properties that are difficult to receive approvals with A Lenders. These guys are highly recommended.

We spoke to Marsha when we were referred by a colleague. She helped us navigate negotiations on our current mortgage due to a dispute. Even though there was likely no immediate upside for Marsha, she was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and timely….not to mention very courteous and professional. When our current mortgages come up for renewal we will definitely be giving Marsha a chance for our business.

We left shopping mortgages around until the last minute unfortunately, but Peter and Marsha managed to expedite the process, worked around the clock, (from their vacation destination not to mention) and get us a great rate.
