Great experience, people are great right from our salesperson to the warehouse for pick up. Highly recommend them.

Decent quality products for a good price. Lots of selection. We went here for a table but didn't find what we were looking for, so the search continues. We did see a nice bedroom set that we probably will go back and checkout at some point.

We purchased most of the furniture for our new house from here. They have good quality stuff and were quite attentive during the purchase. Their prices are somewhat inflated so there's room for negotiation. The purchasing process was smooth; however, we are thoroughly disappointed with the follow-up post-purchase. We had purchased a dining table set and one of the legs was improperly manufactured. The deliveryman promised to talk to St. Jacob's and have someone come fix it. After a few weeks of no communication, we decided to reach out and was told they'd look into it. Thereafter, we have not heard back. It has been over a month since we've received the product and still no word from St. Jacob's on when we might get the leg fixed. This has been an extremely unfortunate ending to what started off as a great experience. I see in other reviews this is a recurring problem and really hope that they do something to fix it.

Aside from going around in circles cause I failed to bring directions...pfft, my person was amazing! Warehouse person like a family member! Two things come first in life...family and safety. Always work the buddy system! So 5 stars, caution peeps have a buddy. Even on breaks, lunch or delivery. Minus a point. Could have been worse. Today was good! Had a snag leaving as a delivery transport blocked the driveway. I am patient. Driver didn't acknowledge my patience.
