We found a small piece of scrubbing wool in one of our drinks and they handled it very well (profuse apology, a new drink and an offer for a free drink next time which we didn't take). I feel like there's a general lack of seating here though, and what seats they did have weren't very conducive to socializing. I'm guessing that the point is to move people out quickly. -
