TLC Laser Eye Centres

Had a great experience at TLC. All staff members were very friendly. Answered all my questions and put me at ease. The place is constantly being sanitized and was beyond clean in all sections of the building.

I was operated on at TLC Waterloo yesterday at 1pm by 8am this morning I was given to go ahead that I could drive! My eyes actually feel amazing and less irritated than I expected. The staff are all friendly, kind and informative. They kept me calm and updated throughout the procedure. The whole process was quicker than I expected. I wish I’d plucked up the courage to do this years ago. It’s so wonderful to wake up and see!

Great experience! Everyone is soo nice and comforting before during and after the procedure! Really helped calm all my nerves and so happy I went through this process! No more glasses or contacts is an amazing feeling, I only wish I had done this sooner!! Thank you TLC!!

I had lasik done and it was an incredible experience. It was painless during the procedure and I was seeing better than 20/20 the following day. The Doctors and nurses were very professional and they were able to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this procedure if you are considering it!

Great surgery experience which is the most important part in this whole process. Love that I was scheduled in for a particular time frame as I know people at Lasik MD have to wait there all day sometimes to get in. Can be a stressful surgery for some people so I don't imagine that being ideal if you're nervously awaiting your appointment.

Dr. Jellie did a great job as did the nurses and staff on this day. Dr. Jellie is a bit opinionated as I learned in our short little meeting before the surgery (where you I guess still have a chance to back out), but it's his skills that were key.

They have a nice little waiting area. During Christmas, Sam at the from desk was playing lots of movie classics including Home Alone so that was fantastic to have while waiting!

Follow up appointments for post op had long wait times. They tended to get behind like a doctors office so wait times for the appointments were 30-50 minutes delayed.
