(February 25, 2019, 4:12 pm)TNT Training is by and far the BEST gym in the Waterloo Region - from it's gym equipment to its community-like atmosphere, TNT Training does not disappoint. I have been training at TNT since its opening and have never seen consistent results like this. The workouts are always fun, yet challenging. I have pushed myself to limits I didn't know existed.

Three times a week I attend a women's only class where a group of like-minded ladies get together to sweat. The women range in fitness levels and age (from 18-55)!
I would highly recommend this gym. It is worth your time and money. -

I've been here for over three years now, 3-5 days a week. You will not be disappointed with this gym and its team. They beleive in customer/clients first!
