I have dealt with them numerous times over the years. I have always found them to be very good at what they do. This time they went above and beyond. I have an 18 year old Savana van that I have owned since new. I have always been diligent about maintenance and it is still a good vehicle. Last fall it began to have hard starting problems. At first I thought it was associated with wetness but later it appeared to be related to sitting for several days. Solving the problem proved to be quite involved and difficult.

Harvey and his team always kept me informed of their analysis and the logic behind their remedial actions. I have a background in auto-mechanics and always agreed with their actions. The problems persisted for quite some time but Harvey never gave up. He was determined to fix the problem and he did. I know he never charged me for all the time they spent.
