Walmart Waterloo Store

Clerks too Lazy to check a computer to find a movie in stock... Found the movie on a shelf outside the Media area... Not gonna lie I'm not impressed, next time someone asks if you got a movie in stock check before you tell someone "No" Flat out

Self checkout help is efficient and friendly. Also the system allows you to keep scanning while you wait for help on a trouble item. Much better than many big box self service

This Walmart is by far my favorite in the kw area. They always have regular tills open with cashiers, and they also have a ton of self-service machines that are well manned if any issues occur (which do every time of course). Quick friendly service is a major contrast to other stores I frequented when I lived in a different area. The service makes all the difference. I love this location, highly recommend!!

For a Walmart this store is exceptional. It is located a little out of the way, near the St. Jacob's farmers market. The parking lot is large, and easy to get to. The store is one of the newest, and has a different layout than their other stores. It is bright and clean. What makes this store is the staff! They are friendly and helpful, not like most of the other locations. We asked for some out of stock item on the shelf, and received the item in 2 minutes with an apology for not having stock on the shelf! If you shop at Walmart, this is probably the best store in town.
