Waterloo Bike Shop

Our family has purchased a couple of bikes from Doug and his family. I just got a new set of wheels and a few other accessories recently. I love this store. Not only are the employees friendly, but they are knowledgeable, honest, hard-working and all-around great people to deal with. I have been to lots of other bike stores, but this place is my new go-to!

Always a pleasure to go into this shop! Discovered Waterloo Bike Shop for their skate sharpening - they do an amazing job and my kids don't want their skates done anywhere else. Have purchased bike accessories there too. Great quality and they stand by their products!

I bought a bike from Waterloo bike shop for my commute to work. They were very good at listening to what I wanted to use my bike for and recommending the right bike for me.
At first I had some shifting problems with the bike. I contacted Corey and Doug and they had me bring it in to them. They checked things over, made some adjustments, and now it works really well.
I know that if i run into any problems with my bike they will look after things for me. They really go out of their way to provide great customer service, which in my experience is a rare thing.
I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a new bike, or wanting service on an existing bike. My 5 star rating is not only for the product that I was sold, but also for the service I received.
