When I accidentally damaged my garage door before the sale of my house I panicked. I needed to get it replaced FAST! I reached out to Nevin and explained my situation. He was very prompt in his reply and was able to get me a door in time for closing. The installer was very personable and skilled. The price was right, the service was great. Shawn has fixed our older garage door. He knew exactly what to do. Old sensors were replaced.He was efficient , polite, and very accommodating. He has replaced neighbours’ doors also and they were very pleased with his professionalism, competence and efficiency. I strongly recommend Shawn and his business if you need help with new or older doors.

I've been having some troubles with one of our garage door openers; every third or fourth cycle the door would fail to operate. Hoefler came out to have a look and knew exactly what needed to be done. Appreciate the fact they checked the second door as well; lubricated everything and made sure operation was smooth and proper. Great job, attention to detail and thorough. Shawn is a terrific young man! I am very impressed and have no problems recommending them based on my experience today.

Nevin was fabulous to work with as we needed a new garage door installed quickly due to damage on our old door! He promptly did measurements and got the order quickly so installation could be done earlier than expected! We are very delighted with our new door! And Nevin was right - the windows really are worth the additional cost!
