Fries were hot. Fast service. Any size coke 1.00. Great!!

Literally my best experience at a McDonalds ever. The manager was in lobby asking people to go and sit and was delivering orders. He came by to ask if we needed trays taken from the table to make room. It was me and my two year old and the help was so appreciated. All McDonald should strive to match the Elmira location.

The staff don't seem very efficient. I only ordered a drink and milkshake and I waited for ~3 min. Not terrible, but I expect better from McDonalds

This is the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to! My husband and I will drive from downtown Kitchener just to go to this location. I’ve never once had a problem with my order, it’s always fast and efficient, and the staff seem to be much friendlier than other McDonald’s. It’s very clear the management at this location cares more than others I’ve been to, keep up the great work ????

Love the new screen system of ordering. I get to customize without asking a million questions and seeming like I'm difficult. Great salad
