I have had the pleasure of knowing Laurie for several years and have always been impressed by her professionalism and caring nature in life and when it comes to discussing with me any health and fitness related issues and questions. She really cares for the well being of each client and understands that everyone is different when it comes to their yoga practise and exercise routine. She works hard to help people achieve their goals in the way that makes the most sense for them. I definitely recommend you give her a call and visit the studio!

A warm atmosphere, friendly students and a safe environment. Our yoga is practiced from the heart and is an interfaith yoga community.
