  Was nice place. Nice room and clean. Couple complaints though. Our room faced the front of the building. You cannot close the curtains other than a shear white, and at night there are lights everywhere including ones shining ONTO the front of the building. I had 2 children and a baby with me. Impossible to get the room dark at all, ever! And our tub plug was broken so bathing children was very difficult. I know that happens to those drain plug types all the time hotels should have different types.
  Went for the pool too and it was rather cold in there so that was a bummer, due to the construction for improvements but we still got a swim, just not baby. Staff was so nice too though!

  Went on Christmas day as we visited family in kitchener. Staff were amazing. Very friendly despite working on Christmas day. Everything about this hotel was brilliant besides 1 thing.. the breakfast was buffet style but the food was all very dry. Muffins tasted old, bacon was as thin and tasted like paper :( other than that. Brill

  My stay at this hotel has been nothing short of wonderful! I especially love the free continental breakfast. It's the only one I've seen with eggs, and sausage! The location is also fantastic because I was right beside the St. Jacob Farmer's market, and easily accessible from the highway

  We stayed here as a getaway for our anniversary ad to go to the Market and local antique shops. It was an absolutely fabulous visit.
  
  Immediately upon check-in we were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. Our room (with a Jacuzzi and fireplace) was in immaculate condition.
  
  A very comfortable stay and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!
