Green Solution Property Management

Mike has been taking care of our properties for several years now and I'd absolutely recommend him. He's always done a great job and he often goes above and beyond by reaching out to me if he sees anything at the property that may need my attention. He's consistent, accountable and makes our property maintenance something I never need to worry about.

I have used Green Solution for three or four years, both summer and winter. I've always had excellent service for a reasonable price. In the winter, often they're out all night cleaning the snow -- I know, because I'm a night-owl and I hear them when they come by. I really appreciate their service. They do a great job on chores I like less and less as I get older, which allows me to do what I really like, vegetable gardening. Mike and his crew will make it possible for me to remain in my house longer as I age.

I can't speak to the other not so great reviews, but I believe I paid a reasonable rate for some services rendered on an ongoing basis (simple tasks, mowing lawn, planting, etc.). The owner Mike does seem to know his stuff as well. It would make sense, as he has a degree in horticulture from UoG. Anyway, I had, and am having a good experience. Not sure what happened to the other reviewers here.
