Second Life Coaching

Working with Sarah was my first experience with a life coach. Truthfully it’s something that I didn’t understand the value of. I decided to work with Sarah though after recognizing that I wasn’t making progress around a few topics in my personal and professional life. Coaching has been a very rewarding experience. Sarah is a great listener who contributes only as much as needed. Asking those thoughtful/insightful questions needed for myself to get to where I need to go without another person’s gravity. I’ve been able to grow in confidence and take the lessons learned into my role as a leader within my organizations and further help others grow

When starting my coaching sessions with Sarah I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I really enjoyed the structure of the sessions. We only focused on one issue at a time, so it wasn’t overwhelming and the topic was always my choice. Whenever I went off on a tangent, Sarah would gently lead us back to the topic and this really helped keep us on track towards my goal for the session.

Before I started, I wasn’t thinking about what was causing the “problems” in my life and they very much felt like they were outside of myself. It wasn’t until Sarah helped me create more self-awareness that I started to realize that my “problems”all started within myself. It also gave me new awareness of things I didn’t even realize were holding me back continuously.

Her approach was unique, because we focused on levels of consciousness as energy and it gave me something tangible to work with in recognizing where I was at in any given moment. It also helped me start to recognize where other people were coming which has helped in my communication and relationships.

I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone, especially those (like myself) who own a business, are in a leadership position or are starting a new venture. Really, anyone who is looking to make any kind of change in their life will benefit from her approach. Nobody should remain stagnant and Sarah was just the right person to help me realize this for myself.

I am a fairly reflective person which is why I really enjoyed these focused discussions in the areas I struggled most. Sarah’s great with helping unfolding an area and by answering her questions I really got a better understanding of why I do the things I do. I also appreciated how she recognized a few similar patterns in different areas of behavior and some of the specific vocabulary choices I used in self-talk. All this was quite insightful when I’m looking for progress and useful when deciding on the choices to make going forward! I know myself well and the route I need to take is different than most, I know this from talking with friends but I felt no judgement with her question based assistance to help me make my own decisions & set my new goals!!
