We used The Ann Shanahan Team in the sale of our country home in the fall of 2019 and the purchase of our new home. Ann and her entire team of professionals (Bonnie, Sarah and Liz) worked endlessly through the entire process. Ann was extremely responsive and had great suggestions on strategies how to sell our home. In times of stress the ladies handled the situations professionally and they always worked as a team to come up with solutions and made us feel at ease. Ann and her team were always there for us!! Ann’s entire team made our home buying and selling experience smooth and stress free. We were not the worlds easiest clients and we recognize all of the extra effort that Ann and her team put forward. I think we might hold the world record for most houses viewed! Ann always met us, on time, with feature sheets and a smile (sometimes a cookie too?). They are invested in the community and work hard to give back.
