5 Star Service All Round!!!
I live 3 hours away and needed an electric water heater to be replaced in a condominium to complete conditions of an estate sale. I called Paul and he was flexible in being able make arrangements to meet my Real Estate Agent ( Aimee Puthon ) to have the old tank removed and new tank installed. They were very professional and careful by using drop sheets for the install and removal. Thank you very much for making everything go so smoothly!

Had BAP install a new furnace recently. Zack was knowledge, professional and did a great job in a timely and efficient manner and answered all the questions I had. Paul was great to deal with as well and gave me a highly competitive and reasonable price. I would definitely call them again for future work and would highly recommend them.

Wow! Great job. I called at 7:30 am and had a new furnace installed within hours. Zack the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Called a few different places and found this one had the best reviews and the prices were fair. The gentleman that came out to do the install was very friendly and knowledgeable. Funny enough our water pressure had changed from when another company did our water softener, and we noticed the pressure was off. The rep went out of his way and noticed the water wasn't fully back on. It was a little thing that saved us a headache of calling someone back out. Thank you for getting us back on track through this very COLD and dry winter. We highly recommend using B.A.P. Great customer service!!!!

Very happy with BAP!
We had our 15 year old furnace break down on the coldest week of the year and the company who originally installed it and who we paid insurance to for it couldn't do anything for several days leaving us stuck in the cold scrambling to find space heaters and a new furnace company.
BAP were able to come out to give us a very reasonable estimate immediately(!) and replaced it the very next day.
They were very nice, professional and did a great job. We love our new Amana furnace, it is keeping us warm and we are so grateful that BAP were able to help us so quickly and completely. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for heating or cooling repairs or a new furnace or AC unit, they do very good work fast at a fair price.
