We recently moved to Guelph and have been working our way around the restaurants in the area. Bin23 was one we visited just before Xmas. We walked in off the street with no reservation, but I get the impression that wouldn't work most times. The entrance to the side of the building into the main dining area introduces you to a beautiful atmosphere. You literally leave the world outside and enter a quiet, warmly lit area with the kitchen open on your left. We were lucky enough to sit opposite the kitchen and could see the food preparation and camaraderie, which was lovely. The floor staff were very friendly and the menu a fabulous mixture of styles. The wine menu was very well stocked and overall the delivery and presentation of the food was excellent.

The Salmon is like no other, but the daily specials are also scrumptious.

One of our favourite places to eat. Small and quiet. Great service and beyond expectations on the food. Tops any chain including the keg.
