Comfort food executed to perfection. The staff are delightful and engaging. Make sure to try the biscuits and gravy. It's an incredibly cozy little spot, you'll feel at home. They have some neat desserts too, hazelnut torte etc. It's so exciting to have an awesome Vegan cafe in Guelph! The friendly staff, the well lit restaurant, and the overall vibe - a high recommend.

This is a new discovery for me. Nourishing and exciting and delicious plant-based food. A friend introduced me to Cadence and I have returned on my own. Both trips were a delight. I had the soup the first time and it was so creamy I had to be convinced that it did not contain cream. Last trip had me try the Green Curry. Stupendous! The friendly staff, the well lit restaurant, and the overall vibe - a high recommend.

Great plant based whole foods crafted in house and friendly efficient service. Vegan cheese substitutes made in house are fantastic ....truly delicious! Portions are generous, something for everyone....and enjoyed by meat lovers too! Gluten free. Nut free, soy free options readily available...substitution never a problem. Will be going back often! Casual ambiance bright and clean ...plus awesome food? Jackpot!

Vegans and non vegans alike need to try this amazing little restaurant! The food is amazing, and fills my Mac and cheese cravings! Their vegan cookies and donuts are the absolute best I’ve ever had. They also sell some great cashew cheese. The atmosphere is also lovely - it’s very personal, and you can even watch your food being cooked. A must-try for Guelph!

Absolutely fantastic! Food was extremely tasty right down to the desserts. Friendly service with a quaint atmosphere. Highly recommended if your vegan or not. Great food is great food!!
