Elevator and stairs were pretty consistently disgusting, and I always thought it was rough living till I visited friends in South. Then I realized it wasn't so bad. Also, having a kitchen was sweet but set ground rules early to preserve relationships with suite mates- it could get pretty gross if nobody was willing to clean up after themselves.

(January 17, 2019, 12:28 am)Lived here last year. Nice place, good sized rooms. Elevator breaks sometimes. And soundproofing is pretty bad, I could hear the guy in the room next to me snore. If you have crazy suitemates, you're pretty stuck with them. Good luck!
