I have been training with Carl for a few months now and I have already seen improvement in my strength as well as my muscle tone. Carl's immense knowledge in TRX and fitness overall provides a great foundation for all people with all fitness levels and abilities. Carl's studio has great equipment that is functional, practical and very user friendly. The atmosphere is great, the work outs are awesome and Carl is a terrific trainer who is full of guidance and encouragement!!!
