Fantastic service!

I had some trouble installing a central vacuum in my home and called Jim. He fixed the issues and there was a problem he didn't anticipate which required him to stay much longer than anticipated but he didn't charge me over the quoted price. Very thankful for his services, definitely recommend!

Mike helped me while I was here. Very helpful and friendly. It’s not everyday I come in for part and had my thing fixed and paid nominal fee for it. The guys who work here seem to enjoy being there.
Definitely will be my first choice for any vacuum related things.

Jim is unbelievable. My wife and I bought a central vac system from him a couple years ago and he stayed late into the evening to make sure it was installed properly. When he left, I found out that he was leaving on vacation early the next morning... but stayed late without a complaint, and at no extra cost. Great store!

Jim sold us a vacuum 15 years ago. It's still running strong! We just went in to buy another one and Jim looked after us again. Thanks for always providing great service.
