My wife purchased a chain for me from micheal Hill it was a beautiful chain but i sent it to be repaired and i was sent back a shorter older same style chain .....I was very upset with this outcome but the people at micheal Hill stone road were very helpful and understanding with how mad I was they stayed professional even when I was not...They fixed the mistake within days.... that was not actually there fault it was the repair service thank you micheal Hill stone road for outstanding customer service ...... minus one star for bertucci repair services

Hands down the BEST quality watches and service. Not only are the staff willing to help and provide advice, they also are also honest and friendly. Display and layout of jewelry is very aesthetically pleasing - The quality tops it off, this stuff LASTS and if you’re unlucky and it doesn’t, they’ll make sure something is done. Heela is incredibly friendly and helped me pick out a few pieces of jewelry, she spends so much time ensuring my visits are pleasant.
