I love this place, I went there on a great deal for 3 classes since it just opened up! So much fun, best workout I've done in ages. I got some gloves and was concerned that there were some threads coming out, one of the employees went over them very thoroughly to make sure it was fine. It was really nice to see a staff member taking that few extra minutes to make sure my experience there was awesome.

I went for my first class today and the employees here made such a great impression!!! I've done kickboxing before and I liked this place the best. Everything was fully explained, and I genuinely felt like they were going to take good care of me. The class was led with GREAT energy, specific instructions, clear demonstrations, and alternative exercises for beginners --these classes truly are for everyone. Though a couple of downsides I'd like to mention: it did feel a little sales pitch-y (and I can understand that this gym just opened and they're trying to get their feet on the ground), and hand wraps weren't mentioned/recommend prior to our first session. I scheduled my next one and I'm certainly looking forward to it!!!
