MDS responded to an online enquiry the same day and did a site visit and delivered a plan for the job within days.
Mike was a pleasure to work with, always smiling and happy to answer questions or make amends to the plan.
The project came in on budget and on time. He gave daily updates (planning permit, inspector visits, material sourcing etc.). We never needed to wonder what stage the project was at or what came next.
All the work areas were left clean and safe after each day with a warning about any hazards.
Mike is a professional warm and gifted craftsman. We would happily work with him again.

at a fair price in absolutely terrible weather.
He kept us informed with pictures and progress reports every step of the way.
He delivered on time and on budget.

Today I was outside in my backyard to see if their workmanship held up and it definitely did. Even though there was snow and ice on top of the stone for the entire winter, it looks and feels flawless. If you live in Guelph and want landscaping design and construction work, call Mike and his team! They're really good at what they do...attached a picture from last summer. High recommend them.
