Ponyboy Guelph has got to be the best vape shop out there. The atmosphere doesn't feel like a shop, it feels like you're going to spend time with friends. Mark and Jay have always been extremely helpful whenever I go in, and always made me feel super super comfortable! As a girl that is so important, so thanks Mark and Jay for literally everything. From friendly conversation, to fixing my device, ponyboy is the place to go!

I have been a constant on going customer, I have always been very happy with the amazing customer service I receive as soon as I walk into the store. Brendan the Manager has been very helpful when I have questions and great recommendations. Jason, when I have questions about my vape or when I have issues he is always helpful and understanding. I will continue to come back to grab the lasted juice and will recommend this great establishment to my friends who want to help with quitting smoking.
