Roy-Al has been a consistently positive part of planning and re-planning our wedding during COVID-19.
My partner and I got engaged in December 2018 and were planning a wedding for June 2020. Over the course of the next 24 months, we re-planned our wedding a total of four more times.
Each time that I made another change to our day, I feebly picked up the phone to call Roy-Al. They understood each time. They accommodated in more ways than I could imagine, always trying their best to help me achieve the new ideal and safe wedding that we envisioned. They were consistently prompt in phoning me back and answering my emails, and gave me honest information and helpful advice about what their company and other couples were doing in this time. By reaching out to them as early as possible throughout the re-planning process, they were able to exceed my expectations and I really appreciated the mutual respect we shared for the difficulty of the situation.
Planning a wedding in COVID has been like riding a rollercoaster in the dark. I hate rollercoasters, and I hated being a part of the twists and turns that our rental company had to navigate. But they always kept us moving forward smoothly, devising plans that could meet both of our expectations as we rode out this pandemic together. Roy-al Rentals was great to deal with for a work event! They provided expert advice for all the items we were looking for, and some that we didn't even realize that we needed.
